Who can practice Pilates?

The Pilates Method is suitable for all people between 5 and 100 years of age, in the most diverse health conditions. This method is suitable for people who are said to be healthy, sedentary, with pathologies of the spine, as well as for high competition athletes.

How many times a week should I practice Pilates?

To get results in your body, we suggest practicing Pilates at least twice a week. However, three times a week would be the best option.

Can I practice Pilates if I have an injury?

No, we strongly recommend that you consult a specialist first. All of our programs are designed for people who are not affected by any type of injury.

I'm Pregnant. Can I practice Pilates?

Yes, you must! If your doctor has cleared you to exercise. Pilates is safe and highly recommended during pregnancy. It helps to strengthen your muscles, supporting the changes you will face during this period, and helps you maintain good posture.

What will my first Pilates sessions look like?

After the Initial Assessment, the first Pilates class will be private. It is in this first session that the client gains familiarity and knowledge with the equipment to be used as well as his training plan. The customer has the option to follow in private class mode or in group class mode. All sessions at SPOT PILATES require prior appointment.

What do I need to bring to class?

To take our classes, the ideal is to bring comfortable and sporty clothes, non-slip socks and a towel.
